Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ADMiND, an AI-powered automation platform for clinics operated by ADMiND ("we," "us," or "our"), available at admind.lat. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
ADMiND provides clinic automation tools including patient communication, appointment scheduling, calendar availability management, confirmations, and reminders. Features may vary based on your clinic's subscription and configuration.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
The App is intended for authorized clinic personnel. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date
- Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your jurisdiction
- Obtaining any required patient consents for communication and data processing
3. Google Account Connection
If you connect a Google account, you authorize ADMiND to access Google Calendar data as needed for scheduling features you enable. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as permitted by law
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content that violates third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
5. No Medical Advice or Emergency Services
ADMiND does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. The App is an administrative and communication tool only. It does not replace qualified healthcare professionals. Do not use the App for medical emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages (including Google or messaging providers), or events beyond our reasonable control. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
If your clinic has a paid subscription, fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your agreement with ADMiND or your clinic administrator. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of service. Taxes may apply as required by law.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and clinic content), is owned by ADMiND or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App according to these Terms and your clinic's agreement.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We or your clinic administrator may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, security concerns, or discontinuation of service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, though provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADMiND AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADMiND from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in your clinic's agreement with ADMiND, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved as set forth in that agreement or, if none, through competent courts in the jurisdiction where ADMiND is established.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
