This Privacy Policy describes how ADMiND ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use ADMiND ("the App"), an AI-powered automation platform for clinics available at admind.lat.
1. What the App Does
ADMiND helps clinics automate patient communication, appointment scheduling, calendar availability management, confirmations, and reminders. The App may integrate with Google Calendar when authorized by clinic staff to support scheduling workflows.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how your clinic uses ADMiND, we may collect:
- Account information: Name, email address, role, and clinic affiliation for authorized users.
- Patient communication data: Messages exchanged through connected channels (e.g., WhatsApp) for scheduling and clinic-related communication.
- Appointment data: Dates, times, service types, status, and related scheduling metadata.
- Google account and Calendar data: When you connect Google, we may access calendar events, availability, and related metadata necessary for scheduling features, as permitted by the scopes you authorize.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, logs, and usage data for security and service operation.
3. How We Use Google Calendar Data
Google data is used only to provide scheduling-related functionality, including:
- Checking calendar availability
- Creating, updating, and canceling appointments
- Preventing double-booking
- Sending appointment confirmations and reminders
We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness assessment, or training generalized AI models.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Operate and improve the App
- Facilitate patient communication and appointment management
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls
- Provide customer support
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
5. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We may share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the App (under contractual confidentiality and security obligations)
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
- With your clinic organization as part of normal service delivery
6. Data Storage and Security
We store data on secure infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit (TLS), and industry-standard safeguards. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems required to operate the service. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill contractual obligations with your clinic, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods may vary by data type and clinic configuration.
8. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at soporte@admind.lat. Clinic administrators may also manage user accounts within their organization.
We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and operational requirements.
9. Revoking Google Access
You can revoke ADMiND's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access may limit or disable calendar-related features in the App.
10. Children's Privacy
ADMiND is intended for use by clinic staff and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International Users
If you access the App from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
